On Friday, March 8th, 2025, this in‑person evening is set in an intimate venue (@Venue – to be announced soon). Coinciding with *International Women’s Day*, the gathering places a special emphasis on women and allies shaping the venture space, without excluding anyone who wants to learn from and support these journeys.
What makes this evening special
This is *not* another conference or panel-heavy event. It is a once-a-year, in‑person gathering where *conversations replace presentations*, and the room fills with real, unpolished stories from Silicon Valley and beyond.
The evening will feature *10–12 carefully selected headliners from Silicon Valley (women and allies)* who are recognized for building ventures, backing founders, and shaping ecosystems. Each headliner will share a *five-minute, uncensored story* about their journey — including the failures, pivots, and doubts behind the visible success. These are leaders who rarely open up in this way in public forums, and they are doing it specifically for this community.
After their short spotlights, headliners will host *their own tables* for the rest of the evening. Instead of watching them from afar, you will be able to sit with them, ask questions, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations in a relaxed, human setting. The format is designed to make it easy for you to connect, be seen, and be remembered.
The atmosphere is *elegant yet relaxed*: think warm lighting, great conversations, and curated introductions rather than name tags and slide decks.
