Your answers to these questions can make all the difference in your solution’s success or failure. If you don’t know your customer, there is a low likelihood that you are providing them with what they need, how they need it.

In this activity, we’ll use what you know about your customers to create customer personas. A customer persona is an informed profile of your customers that’s essential to every step in bringing your idea to market.

Before moving on, make sure you have real data from your target customers. If you haven't already, we recommend you complete the "Get to Know Your Customers" activity before jumping into building customer personas. Without interview data, your personas may not be accurate.
